What can I say, we are dog people on CP.
Welcome to 'The Dave Krieg Experience', www.thecollectorsgroup.com's version of the roaming gnome. Initiated in January of 2007, 'Dave' (as we refer to him) will be traveling from member to member (and between family and friends) experiencing the world through their eyes. This blog has been created as a fun way to help track his progress around the country (and the world for that matter).

A little Pre Game pick me up.... For those that do not recall, the Brewers opened the season against the Dodgers of Los Angeles.
Nice shot walking up to Miller Park. Beautiful looking stadium, will definately have to catch a game there one day...

CP Member Sycotic, aka Dave, put 'Dave' to work at his bank...

'Dave' tried making a break for it. On an irrelevant note, I have a friend in Oregon that works for Diebold. One technician for literally hundreds of square miles. Can you say busy... ;o)

You cannot go to Williamsburg without a picture of a Colonial...

Just down the street from where Tom Hank's production company is working on a John Adams miniseries. Wonder if he'll bring the volleyball back for a cameo ;o)

Finally, one of the first things we signed 'Dave' up for when we began the entire experience back in January was an all access trip to the Lamb of God concert. Well, when Sycotic showed up with 'Dave', lets just say Security was a little concerned that a 12 oz solid piece of Lucite might be used as a weapon so he was not allowed in... *sigh*. So, after months of waiting Sycotic's back stage pass is as close as he got.

If you don't know where this was taken, then you have other issues...

This is where all the funny money is made... good thing we got rid of that pesky gold standard...
The World War II Memorial is a fairly recent addition to the landscape of D.C. Not sure when it was finished off the top of my head, but for those of you who have not seen it I recommend making a visit.
Another must see stop on the circuit is the Vietnam Memorial.
The Washington Monument
The Washington monument as seen from the Lincoln Memorial (IF I recall correctly). Or as most people recognize it, 'that scene from Forest Gump'...
If Lincoln were alive today... he'd probably be a Bears fan ;o)

Last but not least, America's House, or, as it is better known, the place where President Bush is when not at Camp David or in Texas...
